door wont align properly??

Default door wont align properly??

i took my doors off for the first time, and trying to put them back on my driver side went smoothly but my passenger side on the bottom wont make it past the fenders any ideas?

Did you put the shims back in if it had some? Mine has shims and without them it was messed up. check your fender also. I had one pushed in a little and did the same thing

i made that mistake... taking the bolts out. still havent gotten them all back on right. only one that works right is the driver lol.

Make sure that you have them lined up properly with the previous outline (probably in dirt)

Ya my pass. side went on perfect and my drivers gave me some problem but I just took my time and made sure I could start all the bolts before i tightened anything down.

ok i tried once again today to put the doors back on and the passenger side still wouldnt align even with the shims, how is this possible?

stop by a body shop and see if they can do it for you. and watch them do it.

Take some shims out of the top and put them in at the bottom hinge until it lines up.

I made my doors easily removable a couple days ago and I had the same prob for about an hour or 2. I took my hinge on the door and when I put the bolts in a slide towards the edge of the door (forward outside lip of the door) and slowly tighten the bolts and it shut perfect. I can take some pics if I didn't explain it very well.
Just slide them forward more and it should barely clear

FINALLY! i got it aligned today after a little help from my cousin, never doin it that way again, i made quick disconnects during this entire process
