Door locks not working.
The electric locks stopped working and i cant figure out why. When I have the remote or switch I hear clicking but now on them work. The hatch well also spasm? for lack of a better term. Sounds like it locks halfway stop and keeps goin when the door is closed. Anyway have any ideas what is goin on?

There should be a relay box under the hood. Passenger side, fenderwell. Check there and see if the relay is going bad. If all the locks are not working correctly, then they probably arent getting enough voltage. If the relays and fuses there arent labeled, look in your owners manual for a schematic, or google it online. Hope this helps

I looked at the fuse box under the hood but not of the relays seems to be used for the locks?

I just read on another forum that the relays are built into the PDM and are not user servicable. Sounds like low voltage coming out of the connector and not fully actuating the lock servo motors. You can try and pick one up at a junkyard, I am not sure of the cost or availability of them new. Sorry boss

Ok first off whats the PDM? Sounds like you could just bypass the PDM and get relays for the locks. If the power is there and the signal you would just need to get the power to the lock.

Its the Passenger Door Module. It is located in the passenger door panel, (from what I can find online). It can be disassembled and new relays put in, but that is a custom thing. Looking at other info online, I dont see why you couldnt just locate the wires in the door panel and bypass it.

Repalced the battery last night. Looked old as hell. Working on jeep with the lights on prolly didnt help it. Anyway the solenoid clicks when i try to unlock but not lock. Still not locking or unlocking though.
