Default Door Jamb Light Switch Broken

Does anyone have a line on the jamb switches that turn on the dome light when the front door is opened? I had one stick and was smashed when I shut the door. I may have a yard near me with a switch but am unsure how to pull and replace it. TIA

You past posts indicate it's a 2001? Is that correct?

They simply thread into the pillar. You should see a hex on it for a deep socket. You *may* be able to unthread it enough to pull it out but the wires will twist up. If so, you need to pull the trim panel off, and unplug the connector before unthreading them.

Rockauto has them in stock.

It's certainly an odd design, which means it twists the wires into a spiral as you unscrew it but I've removed a few & never had any problem.
