Does this look like a leak to you?
Something like this................................

Most auto parts stores carry some......................
If you tow, then you definately need one on there.

I used a new cooler that was originally for a Chevy G20 Van.............
I made my own brackets...............
And I made my own hard-lines instead of running rubber hose.........
I mounted mine on the left side (due to me having to make shorter lines)
In hindsight though, I probably should have mounted it on the right side, so that it constantly gets the airflow from the engine-driven fan............
I may switch it to the other side, or I may just install en electric fan override so that I can turn on the fan that's behind it..............

Well I got the radiator, thermostat, fan clutch, transmission cooler and radiator cap all installed today.... Then drove about 20 miles I'd say and it threw the belt off... This is like the 6th time. The first few times I replaced/put it on myself and I finally got tired of it so I took it to a shop... They replaced the belt said it was too loose... Well since they replaced it everytime I turned the ac on the belt would squeal like a little pig. So I meant to eventually take it back... But it threw the belt today. Guess I'll either be changing belts on the side of the road on my dime or having it towed for free and getting them to fix it for free. We'll see what happens

Why not try snugging the belt up. Loosen the idler pulley, turn the adjusting bolt 1 turn clockwise and re-snug the idler pulley. If it still squeals when the a/c is turned on, repeat.

I put it back on and it hasn't squealed since, but when it was thrown off it took off a strip of the belt so I'm taking it to the shop tomorrow and saying yall put it on put on a new one because this wasn't my fault.

Your choice is to buy a plastic tank radiator for $70 to $100 and then just replace it when it starts leaking, or to spend three times that for an all-metal radiator that will last a bit longer. Radiators are really easy to replace, so it's not a bad move to take your chances with the cheaper radiator. Personally, I had a bad run of cheap radiators that leaked one after another and got sick of replacing them, so when I did my rebuild I went with a CSF all-metal radiator that I hope will last a while. We'll see.
