what do you think looks funny? the tie rod? pull up and down on it see if its got play. other wise what area everything seems fine.

I am no means an expert but that does look odd.

I don't know what stock looks like, but I hope there not all like that - seems jerryrigged.

Oh, BTW you have a coolant leak.

Haha yeah but she's the trail rig, so no worries about small leaks

It is just the stock tie rod. Nothing wrong. That is the adjustment that has been used on every vehicle for the past 60 years.

not to be a *****, but you should worry about those small leaks. that's what the MNR/DMR hate about us.

but yeah, nothing else seems weird about your setup, as long as it's aligned and working alright.
don't worry about that rust, it's only surface dusting. it won't rust through anything. you could even spray it with some tremclad/rustoleum.

idk if its just me but your tie-rod does seem a lil lil lil tweeked... but that could just be an optical illusion because of the neck of the tie-rod itself....
