Does a bent TC Output Shaft = leaking seal?

I have a driveline vibration @ 65mph that I've narrowed down to the transfer case output shaft. If it is not straight, does that mean the output shaft seal will always leak? I can't find a leak any where on my TC.
Maybe it's empty!! Lols. Anyways I would say no. Doesn't have to be leaking, definitely helpful when stuff leaks though isn't it? There is a bushing in the tailcone that is relatively famous for wearing out and causing some vibes. Look at this : http://www.drivetrain.com/images/sto...231d_large.jpg
