Do I need to replace my heater core?
Hi everybody! I'm pretty sure my heater core is bad. The coolant in my reservoir slowly disappears, and my passenger floor is pretty wet.
My Cherokee has 180,000 miles. Is it really worth replacing this? It just sounds like a pain in the **** and expensive.

Yes it a real PITA to replace but just one of those must have things if you need heat or a defroster/defogger in the summer.
I would hate to do without one unless it was on a off road use XJ only and then I would still want heat.
