Default Distributor Question.

Okay guys, put up a no start thread last week, and got me no where, BUT what I forgot to mention, is the new distributor I put in was from a Renix OBDI Cherokee. I have an OBDII.

Even though the connectors fit perfectly, could this all it not to sync up some how, and cause a no start??

Any help is appreciated much! Thanks guys!

Right, well that's my problem. If I put the right one in there, it's going to be a new one. $200 with $70 core. So I wanna make sure that it will work before I jump out and do it. Although, it's what's going to have to happen if I want to get anywhere.

Not sure it will make it work, but it will make it right, so you can diagnose any other problems. Checked your CPS? Thought about a JY dizzy? I think my pull a part charges $14.50

Don't mean to be a dick, but I think its already been answered by freegdr and me. I think at this point all your gonna get is X2's from other people and thats only if their motivated enough. Don't be afraid of used JY parts, they clean up.
