It died on the highway. All electronics were still on. What could it be besides the crank pos sensor

 

Could be a lot of things to be honest with you, and the crank sensor is high on the suspect list.

But to narrow it down, the first thing you need to do is to check for spark.

If you HAVE spark, then the problem is most likely fuel related. If it has a strong, blue, snapping spark (not yellow/orange/white which indicates a weak coil), then try a shot of starting fluid into the intake. If it starts and runs for a moment with that strategy, you have confirmed the fuel delivery problem.

 

It started right back up after I pulled over

That's about like asking, "Why does it burn when I pee?"

 

Its the first time its done it, everything stopped working except lights and radio ect. I pulled over and started it, it cranked right up. I was going about 60mph,when it happened. I was on,the way to work when it happened
