died in flight, won't start

died in flight, won't start
My 95 cherokee sport died at a stop sign. it sputtered for about ten seconds then died. I replaced the fuel pump and cps, checked all fuses and relays. it has no spark at the distributor and dist. looks new(used jeep). any suggestions.
