Well it's ALIVE!!! I did some testing on the sensors with this info I got from
87xjWagoneer's Thread http://www.lunghd.com/Tech_Articles/Engine/Basic_Sensors_Diagnostics.htm
And turned out the Cps was dead. Pulled it out and found out it got broken.
How that happened idk because I installed it after the motor was bolted to the tranny and both bolts were in.
So after that I'm getting spark and injector pulse but still no start.
2nd problem. I had the distributor 180 off.
Fixed that and she fired right up.

Thank you for the help everyone. I'm going home and work out the little bugs tomorrow if there are any.

glad you got her running.. yea im in the process right now of throwing a 96 ho in my 89xj...almost got the motor out except a stripped exhaust bolt...
