Ball joints would be a good start, how are your angles with your tracbar and draglink?

Yes if you check the ball joints and find them to also be tight then recheck the trackbar bushings. Unless you have bad out of balance, control arm bushings ot trackbar problems then you should not have a death wobble.
Shoot a couple of pics of the set up that you did to install the Ford in the XJ.
Would like to see how it was done.

Include some general pics of your Jeep. Sounds like an interesting specimen.

Are all those Heims tight? The trackbar brace tight too. No wobble where it is extended down on the drivers side? Those are the only areas that I cqan see that could be the cause. Maybe someone else will see something that I missed.

BTW your JEEP is white I never knew that from your avatar. Thought it was yin/yang two colors.

For starters you need a steering stabilizer. With coil sprung fronts it's a must have. And looking at that track bar I'd say it's making contacted with something else. Also check the bolts were the track bar mount bolts to the frame rail. Any play there is bad...

Nick, I think that steering stabilizers just mask a problem not cure it so I think he is on the right track to leave it off until he solves the DW problem. That TB mount on DS is so long that it could eaisily flex and crack without gussets. That and the Heims are where I would concentrate. He does have a brace but the leverage can be flexing that too.

the track bar mount is weld to the unibody....that one to the axle...i just notice it has a weird movement...when i my brother moves the steering wheel from side to side...while i look...

whats the DS MOUNT?

heim joints are brand new...they are tigth...im guessing it could be the balljoints..and the tires arent balance...besides the fact that they are f#$k...i dont have the stabalizer shock because i have a ram assist ..all i need to do is put the tabs there..but "AS FAR AS I KNOW" i should put the ram until i solve the death woble because if it happends with the ram on ..like a lot of times it will mess it up and make it leak..may be im wrong...idk..you guys tell me...

For starters, the tires HAVE to be balanced. One front tire out of balance can and will cause the dreaded DW. IDK why, it just will!! If there is ANY flex in the bracketry when you have a freind steer it and you look, imagine what it's doing when it is really tested!! Just my $.02, hope it helps, good luck!!

DS=drivers side. You listen to COS cause he's right about balance. Everything tight and the wheels caked with mud will do it too. That flex on the trackbar mount is what I would worry about. Some well placed diamond shaped gussets will probabvly cure that flex. Just my two cents worth.
