Death wobble..wtf
Owned the jeep for a year now, with no issues. Drive over some railroad tracks and death wobble starts happening. I know this subject gets beat to death. What would have been damaged by going over tracks to cause this? My trackbar looks fairly new.

Unbalanced tires
Bad alignment
Worn or Loose, pretty much ANY steering component
and many suspension components
Steering stabilizer is not a repair, but will help with the issue.
Get under there, spend 10 minutes playing with stuff. Try to see if there is movement in anything, then check again. And then get someone to move the wheel back and forth with the jeep off while you look (DONT TOUCH) to check for movement.
Replace anything that has too much play, do an alignment, and rebalance your tires

I could be wrong, and you just needed a steering stabilizer, but im just letting you know what the typical consensus is "round these here parts"

EEVEE, replacing the steering stabilizer is typically just morphine to hide the pain (Covers up the issue because it stabilizes the steering, which is made unstable, due to *see above)

The stabilizer is just a band aid. Many even run without one when the front end parts are in good shape.

Oh it's good times isn't it. I put about 800-1000 KM on my freshly lifted XJ with cheaply balanced cheap tires and original track bar before I got the wobble. No steering stabilizer installed.
Really you gotta jack up the front end and lokk for loose stuff. I suggest finding someone to turn the steering wheel while you're inspecting.

Like others have said, ANYTHING can cause DW, literally.... anything. Tires out of balance, worn bushings, bad tie rod, etc. You need to figure out what part is bad by getting under it and looking around. Its REALLY a simple fix if you check your components, although many people would like you to believe otherwise.
I had the tires balanced and fronts moved to the rear. It helped with the wobble at highway speeds when I was changing lanes. DW only happens on one part of the road, over a bridge. The road is wavy and causes it. I just avoid taking that route and everything is fine. It doesn't do it any other time.
