death wobble control arm issue...Help!
OK so I made the mistake of lifting it 4" WITHOUT getting longer control arms...go figure..
Anyway I'm in serious need of either LCA's or Drop Brackets. Will they both do the same thing? I'm trying to figure out how the drop brackets would fix castor because they drop both of the uca's and lca's correct???
I know this problem is the cause of my death wobble because I shimmed the stockers out like 1/8" and now it doesn't go into a violent shake on EVERY bump, just the biggest ones.
I need to make a decision within the next few days because anyone who rides in the jeep thinks they are going to die
So tell me which would be better:
1.) longer lower control arms
2.) control arm drop brackets
any input would be awesome. Thanks!

longer lower control arms would be the best. its also more expensive im pretty sure. if you get longer control arms you could also lift it more without worrying about too much. i do know alot of people with the drop brackets who are very happy with them. also check up on the death wobble write ups on here because theres alot of info that could help you out with the problem.

I have both with my 4.5" lift, I have the LCA's that came with the kit from rough country and there drop brackets that i got seperately from them and mine drives great with no porblems at all at 85mph. if you call directly they will give you a deal if you buy both the lift and drop brackets

Yeah I think the lower control arm option would be cheaper. Although the drop brackets lower the control arms 4", so technically my arms would be back to stock specs exactly...correct me if i'm wrong?
