Death rattle??

Death rattle??
After putting a 3" bds lift on my Cherokee ever since it has had a terrible rattle in second gear around 2000 rpms and I don't know what's wrong. Any suggestions?

No i haven't put bigger tires on it yet thats next. my friend said something about alighning the drive shaft? is that possible?

It's not really "aligning" the driveshaft unless you are adjusting driveline angles. You can, however, get the driveshaft balanced by a driveline shop.
Check for loose u-bolts, springs clamps, shock bolts/nuts, shackle bolts...etc.
