Default Dear Lord what did I do???

I was doing the not so hard job of changing my plugs and wires. Everything seemed to go well. Here's a pic of my distributor cap and I numbered it so you can see how my firing order is.

You can see my battery hand just falling. The lights flicker too.

Hate to sound dumb but what do you mean? Grounds coming from the battery or attached to the distributor?

Did you replace them all at once, or one at a time? I think you have them in the wrong place on the cap, but in the right order.
The diagram I have shows you have the order right, but # 6 is right next to the engine, and #1 is directly opposite.

Well my smart friend made a stupid mistake of just pulling the wires off the cap so I had to do them all without having a reference but dang that might be it. I looked at those diagrams quite a bit
