What year is it? You say it cranks and you have fuel at the rail but are you sure it is being injected? I assume you checked for spark?

its an 01 and im guessing that fuel is going through the rail to the injectors, and as for spark id have to pull the whole coil off correct

HA! About a year at this and you got me! It has "coil pacs" and no dizy....I might just give it a shot of Starting fluid, and if nothing happens, no spark might be it. You have a load of fuses, and wires, (including ones near the exhaust to both front and rear 02 sensors), wires that might short and blow an important fuse.

So.. Besides seeing what happens with a shot of starting fluid, I might to a through gob checking fuses...(the "mini's" too). Suspect those wires if one is blown.

Getting your Codes read should be really helpful. (might point you to a fuse)

Belt OK ?

Most likely crankshaft position sensor I bet...hard to say for sure but the asd relay wont run everything else without a crank signal.
