Just a glue.

They sell and eraser wheel at autozone that will be good for taking the glue off afterwards.

goo gone works pretty good as well - in case you can't shell out 25 bucks for the wheel - or your AZ is retarded like mine and doesn't have it.

FWIW, a piece of fishing line makes a nice little saw to cut the badge free from the paint without damaging the paint. Work it in behind the badge and saw back and forth.

Pure genius. I've always used my industrial heat gun and fought them off with a plastic tool the glass shops use.

I can't take credit for it. It was in the instructions with some replacement badges I bought for a Corvette. Fishing line or dental floss.
(No mention if it needs to be mint or regular)
I tried it with some 30# test line and sure enough. Worked. Sadly it's the most use I've gotten out of my tackle box so far this summer.

Putting a little gas on a rag helps take off the sticky stuff too! Im not sure if it damages paint. Mine was already terrible so yeah!

I agree with cruiser. Heat gun and a plastic spackling spatula to lift and then peel.
