theres a little trick.. use water and BABY shampoo. spry it on and then put the apllication on top of it.. gives you time to work it around to position and easier to get out the bubbles.. Ive done some sign work on the sides of vans and applied decals to a ricer I had years ago. I use it anytime I apply decals and most recently did it with my xj when i applied the windshield decal for my wife.... I swear she cheated during that game of poker... Not only did I have to put a girly sticker on the jeep but by the time she was done beating me I was nekked and getting a.....

I had that same woodgrain dash piece and I almsot painted it with that krylon fusion stuff, but i just went to a pick n pull and found a decent black one. I had to take the woodgrain off when I changed radios anyways, so it all worked out. Someone say something about them being hard to find or something? think that woodgrain one is worth anything now that im not using it?

You apply the vinyl while the water/shampoo solution is still wet. It allows easy movement of the decal and placement. Also allows you to get keep the vinyl from folding which is a big bummer because once it folds there is no way to get it out other then cutting that section out.... Use a plastic bondo spreader or even a credit card to push the water out from under and the bubbles..... Hope this helps.
