Default SLR performance chip

Hey anybody--wonder if anyone has tried the SLR performance chip in the 4.0 litre cherokee engine//supposed to increase horsepower,torque and gas mileage//It's about $ 70.00 at slrmotorsports.com//would appreciate any input//thanks--George

BUT to elaborate, all it is is a box with wires running through it and epoxy inside for weight...SOMETIMES they have resistors to trick the computer into thinking colder air is going into the engine. my brother has one on his mustang because one of our (not so car-wise) buddys saw it on ebay and ordered it for him and brother said he would feel bad if he didnt put it on...didn't do ANYTHING except make it run richer because it tricked the computer into dumping more fuel in....
