Dash lights and constant hot wire have stopped working

Dash lights and constant hot wire have stopped working
So a month or so ago i replaced my electric antenna on my '88 Cherokee, everything worked until i finalized my connections and then my constant hot (red with white) and dash (orange with black) wires went dead, i was unable to trace the wires far enough to find the source of the issue. Any ideas or wire path info would be appreciated. Also my dome lights and tail lights work and i replaced the switch already with no change.

Useful diagram
I thought i had checked all of the fuses but i somehow missed two blown fuses. If not for the useful diagram, i wouldn't have found them so thanks.
