Yeah some have it . Mine though is nothing but plastic. Even if I wanted to I couldn't put a clock right there.

Yep, 3 screws, one kinda hidden on top and two it shares with the cig lighter. I just pulled a clock from the JY

In my XJ I have a clock there, but my son is using that plate to mount his light switches. They are mini toggle switches that will go to a relay for the four locations. Fog, Inner top, Outer top and one rear. I will try to get some pics. posted.
