Are dana 35 and chrysler 8.25 axle shaft's interchangable???

No they are not interchangeable. Although the D35 and the 91-96 8.25 shaft are both 27 spline, they are a different shaft diameter. The 97-01 8.25 shafts are 29 spline and are a different diameter than the earlier versions.
