Okay I know somewhere in here there is info about this but I haven't found it.
What years and makes are direct swap with a Cherokee?
I am looking for a 3.73 Dana 30. I understand that they were more common for the 4cyl and V6. is the a mopar options code that you can tell from firewall before getting into running number on axle. Then what numbers are on ring gear to make sure I'm getting what I need.
It would be nice if I could find a write up with the numbers on ring gears to know for sure what gears I'm looking at or at least a count. If you know of a link that would be helpful as I might go to 4.56 but I really need to watch gas milage also as I do a lot of driving on the street also.
