Cut open a Bosch Premium Oil Filter (video)
I was bored and just wanted to show you the inside of a Bosch premium oil filter after about 4000 miles. It seemed to do OK but the pleats on one side spread apart more than I would like to see. I made this not to debate which one is better than another because I know that has been beat to death, but I hadn't seen a used Bosch cut open and I'd thought I would share what it looks like.

thats pretty interesting... this is the 1st one I have seen open as well.. was there oil in it when you took it off?
