Cruise Control outage impacting OD?
2001 Limited, no mods. On the interstate, 'canceled' the cruise control coming into traffic, check engine light came on immediately, and then noticed that when accelerating (mainly uphill) that the transmission feels like it is 'slipping' or searching for the RPM to kick down into a lower gear. If I leave it in '3' it does not do this. Also, the cruise control does not work now.
Thoughts? Did I blow a vacuum line that is impacting both speed control and the transmission control?
