I have a 98 cherokee sport. My cruise control just randomly stopped working. The cruise control light comes on when when i turn it on but thats it. Any ideas on what it could be? Is there a fuse that controls this?

Vacuum leak either in the lines somewhere or the vacuum reservoir behind the passenger side front bumper, those would be the most common causes of cruise control failure.

Usually, that is a vacuum leak like Downs mentioned.
