This might have been posted before but this is just a FYI for that annoying exhaust rattle.
I recently replaced my tranny mount and noticed that the isolator that was severely worn which still allowed the exhaust to rattled against the crossmember just enough to drive me crazy. I wasn't going to shell out $75-$100 for a new bracket when only the rubber part needed replacing.
I grabbed a spare bracket from a JY that had the same issue. drilled out the rivets and replaced them with 1/4" SS bolts & nylock nuts. I used a DEA A5208 bushing ($10 on eBay) but it had the half moon instead of a 1/2" hole. Using a 3/8" leather punch in a drill press made a hole where the 1/2" hanger will fit. I could have done a couple of things differently when making the hole but it's serviceable and will work. The hanger on my exhaust system has been long gone so I used Walker/Dynomax 36412. I've used this before but had to weld on a short piece of 1/2" round stock to make it a little bit longer.
I haven't installed this yet as it's freezing out but will as soon as the weather moderates...
