Does these pics shows a cracked unibody/frame?
Appreciate if someone can comment.

looks like 2 different pieces of metal. maybe it was replaced?

Would I raise any concern? no.

check your steering box area for cracks. if there is no cracks there then I wouldnt raise any concern.

you could get HDEngineering front horn stiffeners (as it is recommended anyways) and call it good

Looks like a little panel stretching and separation at some crappy spot welds. Could always grind the paint off and weld the seam.

Agree with above... it isn't cracked unibody just a panel pulled away at the seam.

I would be concerned! Inspect the inner frame rail just below where its separating. The last thing you want is to have it get worse, tell one day the whole box rips the frame away in a 60mph bend on the highway! There are a lot of options to reinforce that known week spot on the Cherokee. What size tires are you running? I made my box brace for like $10 for the steel, & hardware!
