I have a 96 xj with 3.07 with d30 and c8.25 where can i buy a complete 4.10 gear set i want it to come with every thing

just about every 4x4 website on the net... ebay... find a 4 banger XJ in a junkyard with 4.10's...

four bangers came with 4.10's i never knew that learn something new everyday on this forum

 

3.73's and rumored 4.56's also... wrangler too... and there fronts bolt right in... theres a 99 TJ in my JY now with 4.10's...was c4c...

 

dont use rustys, they are very ****ty. I would use National Drive train they will hook you up.

 

i doubt rustys "makes" there own gears... they probly sell yukons or something...

 

The TJ gears wouldn't work since it is a low pinion 30. You can get package deals (gears and bearing front and rear) from complete offroad. You will need a new carrier as well for the front, think the 8.25 doesn't have a carrier break but I could be wrong. They sell the carriers for like $45 and you can use the spiders out of your case.

 

carrier break's 3.73s a low as you can go before swapping to a larger carrier for 3.92 or lower... 410's 4.56's...

 

Rustys doesn't make there own gears they use MOTIVE or SUPERIOR...... They do have a SPICIER carrier which seems legit, i bought it when i got my gears from them with that package deal. I received MOTIVE gears.
