Default a couple of problems with my jeep

This is my first time posting here, and I am having a couple of issues with my jeep.

It is a '97 Jeep cherokee sport.

The first problem is with my ac/heater vents. When you turn either the air or heat on, it sounds like the vents are stopped up, and no air comes out. However, air does come out of the defrost vents. What could be causing this

The second problem is with my turn signals. They work fine in the day time, but when I turn on the headlights, they stop working. My rear window wiper also goes constantly when the headlights are on. Also, opening the glove box will activate the rear window wiper if the headlights aren't on, and will send power to the stereo even when the key isn't in the ignition. This problem started after I knocked off my passenger side mirror with a mailbox. I know that this is electrical, but knowing where to start looking would be nice.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance

On the vents, you have a vac leak.Check all the vaccume lines from the egg shaped bottle behind your front bumper and trace them for a leak. You have a short somewhere.I would start looking in the ps door where the mirror got ripped off since it started then.
