So i went out to get some munchies earlier this evening and noticed a huge green puddle under the jeep. i found that the copper / brass overflow tank fitting on the radiator had popped off. It hasnt broken off, but rather just popped out. Has anyone had a go of trying to resolder this connection before, and been succesfull? While i was searching i found alot of people that had the plastic radiators were drilling them out, and tapping them for a barbed fitting, but i am not so sure i would be able to do that with this copper rad.

Any help would be much appreciated

Any radiator shop can fix it. Or you can with a propane torch.soldering acid and solder. The shop will charge only 20-30 bucks. Might not be worth risking it your self. I personally have repaired 20+ over the years. Depends how good you are at soldering.
