My cooling fan is not coming one. I went to check the relay between the air box and fender wall and found a weird relay. Anyone ever see this style before?
Have you tried swapping the fan relay with another in the PDC? If you have, and the fan still doesnt work, jumper both leads of the fan connector directly to the battery to make sure the fan itself still works. As soon as it spins you can remove the jumpers. If it spins, the fan is good. If not, you need a new fan. Another check is to disconnect the temperature sensor (on the thermostat housing or the radiator, depending on the year). Not sure if the engine must be started, or you just turn the key to RUN, but the fan should spin with the sensor disconnected.

Regarding your post #7 & 9 Question

“Also there is no temperature switch on the driver’s side of the radiator like I'm used to. Very confused”.
That temperature switch location was dropped by Chrysler CO. at the end of the 91 year
In post #1 you made this statement.

“My cooling fan is not coming one”.
My question is what makes you think that the cooling fan is not coming on when it is supposed to.
In other words what is the condition you are experiencing?
