Control arms?

Yup lol I actually got my buddys totalled XJ that had a new motor and tranny in it. So now I have a new motor, new tranny, new t-case, and a spare tranny and t-case lol
but I cant use any of it until I get new control arms so I can drive it

If you can't afford long arms then I would definitely suggest adjustable upper and lower CA's..This will not only allow you to get the axle forward like it should but also can adjust for caster and pinion. A good shop should be able to adjust them out for you to set the caster and axle position properly as well.

I guess it would be ok to run fixed lowers with adj uppers. As long as the lowers are long enough to move the axle far enough forward, and then use the uppers to adjust the caster. But since I cant afford a LA setup right now, I'm just gunna run the adjustable arms set on Ebay
