Default Control Arm mounting

Im installing new stock control arms on 240k Jeep. I'm wondering is it best to do the finally tightening up the arms once the load is on axle? Being if you tighten them down and clamp up the inner sleeve when the axle is drooped, it will want to twist the rubber in the bushings once you put on the load.
YAY/NAY, dont worry about it either way?
