Default control arm project

so yeah im in the process of replacing control arms bushings .i was getting some horrid poping noises under the xj .i checked as much as i could think off .. the track arm was alittle lose i fixed that up and the Stear stablizer bushings where very lose i replaced the stabalizer .with the track arm and the stablizer that helped alot .but the got to looking at the control arms. ive almost got the lowers done .BUT need to know the torque spec on the upper and lower CA arm bolts .. alos i ordered aftermarket not stock replacement bushings from quadratec ...ALSO if someone could help me out with alittle advice on the uppers .would it be be better to suport the body and let the front hang? or stands under the axl? needing some advice

i like to use stands under the front of the body and use a floor jact to get the axle hole's lined up but i also use ratchet straps to. only do one at a time and you will be ok. and i know the lower control arm bolts need to be torqued to about 90 foot pounds

when i did mine i think its best done with the body on jacks (tires removed) and a floor jack under the axle to help releave tension on the
control arms.
