I got my jeep towed and I'm guessing they lifted it from the back and messed something up in front. Now its popping when I turn left or brake too hard. I've checked the ball joints, tie rods and jacked it up to see if the wheel had any play but it didnt. Could it be part of the front drive shaft? because its getting hot by the joint and that sounds like where it might be coming from. Would giving it a good greasing fix it? cause I'm sure it hasnt been greased in years.
