Condensation in oil after sitting
Hey everyone new to the Cherokee forum, recently did a head swap on my 94 Cherokee sport and when I first fired it up after having it sit for 3 years I pulled the dipstick to check the oil and it was obviously milky from condesnsation. I was immediately concerned that I didn’t clean the mating surfaces enough or the gasket was placed wrong (I went with a Fel pro). The reason I’m posting this is just as a small tip not to make the same mistake I did and freak yourself out change your oil as well to start so you don’t run old watered down oil like my dumb self did hope this helps anyone that had a small freak out like I did.
