I had mine off last weekend first time since 1989 to get out motor mount thru bolt stuck it back on same orings not leaking a drop. The only change I plan for mines changing the nipple to newer one so I can use newer style filters .

Yup. Find a nipple?

If you go to the JY, be aware that the nipple you want takes a wrench/socket size just a bit bigger than your Renix nipple.

I bought mine at the dealer for about $5. Wish I remembered the socket size needed.

See the old Renix adapters being used on the figure to the far right?
