Complete headlight kits
Ok so my sealed beams are total crap and ice known this forever now. So tonight while I was driving my girl home and we were playing the headlight game, she calls it and I'm like where. She says my Jeep only has one head light on. So after I get done cursing and I take my shirt off (we play the real way. More fun like this) I get mad because my head light is out. Only the low beam tho. High beams work fine. So great. More money going into this money pit. I want to do a complete headlight conversion. New wire harness and relays along with the H4 upgrade. What do you guys suggest and what do you guys run for the wire harness, the H4 case, and the kind of H4 bulb. I don't want crap. I'm tired of it anyway. I can finally start putting money into this Jeep now so I want to fix my headlights first. Thanks guys

I build the harness myself for under $20 with ceramic connections and relays.
The light bulbs where $8/piece
The Hella euro where about $40 for the pair (make sure you pick the right side lights for your area. that's what makes them so good)
I found them on http://www.quadratec.com/products/97052_9000.htm
They are not DOT approved but in the BC motor vehicle Act, they are legal as long as they are adjusted using the V of the beam which is the best way to adjust them anyway.

Cruiser’s Headlight Upgrade Harness Instructions
It's easy to install a supplemental headlight harness.
From the factory, the voltage to the headlight bulbs travels from the battery, inside the cabin, to the headlamp switch, and then back out to the lamps via undersized wire. It's not uncommon to find only 10.5 volts at the lamps.
The supplemental harness is installed so that it provides battery voltage to the lamps and is just triggered by the factory wiring. The result is about 30% brighter headlamps and headlight switches that don't melt and burn out.
Absolutely plug and play. Remove grille and headlamp bulbs. I fed my harnesses from the passenger side starting between the battery and the back of the headlamp housing, over to the driver side. Plug the driver side bulb into the new harness. Attach the new harness's ground wire under one of the small bolts on the radiator support after scraping the paint off under it. Attach the harness to the existing harness behind the grille working toward the passenger side. . Plug the new harness plug into passenger headlamp. Plug original headlamp plug into receptacle on new harness. Attach the ground for the passenger side just like you did the driver side under a radiator support bolt. Attach relays with provided bracket on the passenger side inner fender. Connect power wires to battery.
