I was going to go with the arb safari snorkel but can't justify spending over $400 for plastic. I'm much to much of a "DIY'er". So I went to peps and got a k+n, lowes and got some PVC and am making my own. I have spent about $120 so far and don't forsee spending much more. I will get pics when it's all together. Although that may take a while bc I'm fabbing a new rear bumper. I'm selling my old new rear bumper. Check it out in the forsale section(oneoff rear bumper). I am going to have to cut through fender anyway and I think the hardest problem I'm facing is where to put the wiper bottle. Any thoughts?

Here's an alternative to ARB's Safari Snorkel. Airflow is 'bout $100 cheaper and allows room for Bushwacker flares.

got a snorkle on mine, depends what you want out of it, i have my intake turned backwards 9 yea its facing forward in the pic lol] so it doesnt 'ram' air into it, it also used more fuel that way round.

cold air intakes are fine if you have the space underbonnet and dont go near water.
i do
