Yes. Passenger side is "fake" this is also where the a/c condenser stuff is. You have nice big drain holes in there. So as long as those drain holes are free and clear, the pass. Side is a safe place for your intake.

Eagle and SoCal, thanks for the replies. I always liked the idea of running the air intake this way. Now I just have to find one for my 04 GC, which so far has been difficult.
