Hey guys, so recently I took my jeep off-roading, which required me to throw it into 4x4. After I got on pavement, I tried to throw it back into 2WD but it seems to be stuck in part time 4x4. I can tell it's stuck in 4x4 and its not just a messed up light because of the way it jerks around on pavement while trying to make sharp turns. I've tried everything, backing up and putting it into drive, coasting at 25 mpg and trying to throw it into 2WD, etc. etc... I also heard that hitting a speed bump could be a possible solution. Can anybody give some advice?

 

Did you check the linkage to see if it is loose and not letting it shift? I would start there if you haven't already.
