In keeping with the "friendly" nature of CF, I will answer your question.
It is possible to double-up on 1.5" spacers on the front BUT it would not be advisable. Safety would be the big reason.
Anything over 2.5" of lift SHOULD be obtained by longer coil springs used in conjunction with longer bumpstops that are mated to the amount of lift.
3" of lift= 3" alteration to bumpstops.
The overall cost of 2 sets of 1.5" spacers is only cheaper by a few dollars as compared to the longer springs.
SIDE NOTE: This is CherokeeForums..the friendly XJ place. NOT NAXJA or Pirate. The OP asked a valid question that was on thier mind in hopes of getting a knowledgable reply NOT to be berated or sarcasm.
There are other Jeep forums for that type of behaviour.
