So today the code p1282 came up and said something about the accelerator pos sensor low what does that mean ? I was thinking it could be the tps or maybe the fuel pump relay im not sure.

lol I had one code now I have two, anyway the fuel pump relay is good it clicks. hmm not sure then gona have to do some more researching.

 

It also would help if we knew what year and specs of your xj?

 

year is 98 specs of my xj ? Not sure what that means. Maybe the code came up cuz i did some pb blaster cleaning took out the spark plugs and soaked it with pb blaster cuz im also trying to fix the p0302 code which before i had low compression now I think the low compression is gone so it must be something else. But ima wait for the check engine light to come back on and see if i get the code back.
