Code 21 after harness repair
I figured the initial problem was the O2 harness melting near the number one header tube.
Needed to remove about a foot of harness and replaced with same dia wire.
Soldered and shrink wrapped the repair.
Now she's throwing a 21 code after about 20 minutes of driving.
So my question is should the repair be redone?
Or should I replace the harness with one contiguous piece of wire

21 Oxygen sensor or circuit. O2 sensor or wiring faulty.
I might take a meter to the 02 plug. One will be ground. You really want to see around an ohm or less there. (to bat neg). One will be the 12V to the 02 heater, (coming from the 02 heater relay) I'm suspicious of that one.
I think yours has two more. One might be about 5V from the PCM. Idk about the other. I might jiggle the harness while checking some of those, see if poking around makes the reading change.
I think later in this thread they talk about OBD-I 02 sensors. Maybe there is something there. >> http://www.naxja.org/forum/showthrea...ht=sensor+test
