Was wondering if someone could tell me the best brand and place to buy clutch, internal slave master cylinder etc. Don't want to have to remove trans again anytime soon. Some one mentioned Timkin but couldnt find any info.
Thanks

Local places consist of autozone, pep boys etc. don't know how quality their parts are.

All of them should have LUK on the shelf centerforce will probably have to be ordered.
when they do the runout on the flywheel they can tell you if it needs shimming. I would get a new one if it does shimming can be a pain sometimes, shims moving around flywheel working loose not good stuff.

I have used LUK and Perfection over the years. Don't worry too much about quality... Any of the brands in stock at your local parts store will hold up. Getting a new flywheel is a good idea. If you don't want to do the job again soon, the complete clutch kit and flywheel will be your best insurance.

No hurry, not doing till after Christmas. Rock Auto is cheaper than Pep Boys? I guess I have to check it out. Also what their return policy is.
