Default Clutch issue

Ok guys I'm stumpeted. I have a clutch issue. I have a 96 XJ with a 4.0 5 speed . When I drive and come to a stop, push clutch down with jeep in 1 st( like at a stop light) the jeep will start to creep, then I can't get it outa gear without yanking it out or shutting jeep off. Also sometimes it takes 2 pumps of the Clutch to get into gear. I have just replaced the clutch master cylinder and clutch slave, with new fluid! It feels like it's air bound but I have bleed it 3 times now, also there is no leaks I can see or loss of fluid. I'm stumped.

Let me know what you guys think

Did you replace them seperately or the master and slave with a line as a unit? I had to replace one as a unit pre-bled from a Jeep dealer to get all the air out.
