Hi all, i'm new here and wanted to ask a quick question as i could not find it within the how too

I have a 95 MK1 (i think) its got the wood 'effect' dash rather than the more rounded one.

The gear sticks every so often then after releasing and press the clutch pedal again with a bit of force it comes free.

I have been told it's the clutch hydraulics but i can not find a guide of how to change it.

Can any one help???
