Default Clutch Fan Removal :|

Need to replace my clutch fan, Having a hard time finding a write up on it. Any one have any advice and o2? My Cherokee is a 2001. Still having a problem with temp rising at idle, Fan is hard to spin by hand, think its straining pulley components?

Cooling system parts replaced;

Radiator
Houses
Water Pump
T-Stat Housing
T-Stat

Non cooling, But It does have a new belt with a new tension pulley.

Having two or even 3 13mm wrenches makes getting the clutch on and off easier.
